Mr. Xiangyin Fu is the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Shenzhen Hepalink Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (or “Hepalink”). He is responsible for the quality and regulatory affairs management of Group’s global industrial affairs, overseeing the development of the quality management system for global industrial affairs, the quality management of Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) for finished-dose products, post-marketing registration and pharmacovigilance management, and driving the continuous improvement of the Group’s quality and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Mr. Fu joined Hepalink in 2005 and has grown alongside the company to become a leader of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Since joining Hepalink, he has held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities, including QC Specialist, QA Specialist, QA Supervisor, Deputy Manager and Manager of the QA Department, Quality Director, and Head of Group Quality. Since 2020, he has also assumed responsibility for the Group’s regulatory affairs management. Through these roles, Mr. Fu has accumulated extensive experience in quality management, regulatory compliance, and the development of regulatory affairs systems.

Throughout Hepalink’s international expansion, Mr. Fu has consistently driven the Group’s quality system development, international registration and submission, and regulatory compliance management. In recent years, he has further engaged in the management of quality and regulatory affairs relating to the Group’s overseas operations, continuously advancing the matrix-based management and capacity building of global quality and regulatory affairs. He has ensured that the Group’s products remain in compliance with the regulatory requirements and GMP standards of major markets, including China, the United States and Europe, thereby providing quality and regulatory assurance for the Group’s global business development.

Mr. Fu holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
