Mr. CaiXue Wei is the Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations, Global Industrial Affairs at Shenzhen Hepalink Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (“Hepalink” or the “Group”), where he is responsible for manufacturing and operations management for the Group’s heparin products in China. He oversees a portfolio of specialized functions covering production, engineering, materials control, planning, logistics, formulation technology, heparin R&D technology, and the implementation and maintenance of GxP computerized systems. In this capacity, he drives sales-production-supply alignment, manufacturing technology optimization, digital and AI applications, and EHS system development, while continuously enhancing capacity efficiency, order fulfillment capability, and cost competitiveness. He also provides systemic capability support for the Group’s overseas product manufacturing operations.

Mr. Wei joined Hepalink in 2009 and is a management representative who has grown alongside the development of the Group’s manufacturing operations system.Since joining the Company, he has successively served as Engineer, Supervisor, and Manager in the Production Department; Manager of the Engineering Department; Production Operations Director; Head of the Heparin BU Capacity Expansion Project; General Manager of the Techdow Nanshan Facility; Head of the Group’s FDF Manufacturing Center; and Head of Production Operations for Global Industrial Affairs. Effective September 2026, he assumed the position of Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations, Global Industrial Affairs. He has accumulated extensive experience in production operations, engineering management, capacity building, digital applications, cross-site collaboration, and manufacturing operations system management.

Throughout the continuous upgrading of Hepalink’s manufacturing system, Mr. Wei has advanced resource coordination, capacity building, operational efficiency improvement, and digital capability development, steadily strengthening the manufacturing system’s responsiveness to market demand and product delivery, and providing support for the Group’s heparin industry chain business development and global operations.

Mr. Wei holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Bioengineering from Wuhan Institute of Technology.
